About MeHi there. I'm Andrea, the SLP behind Colorado Communication Therapy. I've worked in the field of education for many years, finally getting my Masters degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Oregon so I could work in schools as an SLP. Before that, I got a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Chicago. I've worked as a literacy tutor, a soccer coach a care provider, and in outdoor education.

What will therapy or coaching look like for me? |
Depending on the needs of your family, I will meet your student from 1-2 times per week. I do offer intensive therapy (up to 5 times per week) for certain situations when it is clinically appropriate. I will work with your student at your home or another appropriate location (e.g., library, school, childcare center) and give you a weekly progress report.

How do we get started? |
Just send me an email using the 'Free Consult' link above. That is the best way to be in touch with me. Please allow 1 business day for a reply.

Do you take insurance? |
Not at this time. All services are private-pay. You may be able to submit a bill to your insurance company personally through what's called a "superbill", as I would be considered an "out-of-network" provider. They *may* then compensate you for a portion of the costs. I can provide you with this documentation and any follow-up information.
